The Restaurant

The Restaurant is arranged over two floors, with The Laurent Perrier Champagne Room on the ground floor ~ a private dining room seating up to 12~ the main dining room which seats 44 and the cosy bar lounge are both on the first floor.

Dave has gone to great lengths to create an interior that matches his food; traditional with a modern twist.

Please note that The Laurent-Perrier Room is not currently available as it is undergoing refurbishment.

The Food

David is constantly buzzing with enthusiasm and new ideas, mainly food concerned. He has studied the area and a lot of the countries more popular restaurants to come up with a new concept to really make his mark. It is his aspiration to put Mansfield on the food map, hopefully helping the local community at the same time, while offering guests the chance to have something they have never before had the chance to experience in Mansfield.

We are happy to cater for any dietary requirements but please remember to let us know about your needs when you book. We keep our menu descriptions deliberately simple to add an element of surprise to your meal.

Copies of sample menus are available to view, but please note they are only samples to give guests an idea of the style of food we serve, dishes are always subject to change due to market availability.

The Chef

Following spells in London, most notably for Gordon Ramsay, North Yorkshire and in his hometown of Lincoln, Chef Patron Dave has now decided to bring his talent to Mansfield.

His philosophy is to use the best quality, local produce that he can to create classic British dishes brought up to date with clever twists.
